John Swinburn
John works principally in the areas of:
- Buying and selling residential property
- Trusts
- Estate Administration
- Wills preparation
He has over 40 years experience in these areas.
His focus is on providing clients with practical results giving them the benefit of his experience. John is a Justice of the Peace and has lived in Hawkes Bay since 1982.
Sandra Burkett
F.N.Z.I.L.E
Sandra started with Carlile Dowling in 1984 and previously worked for Social Welfare, Justice Departments and legal offices in Wanganui, Wellington and Napier.
Sandra currently works with the litigation team with a keen interest in family law matters. She particularly deals with:
- Domestic protection
- Separation
- Parenting and contact
- Dissolution of marriage
- Legal Aid applications
She is a fellow member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives, a member of the Family Courts Association, and an associate member of the New Zealand Law Society.
Julie Gardner
Julie deals with residential, rural and commercial property transactions, and has been with Carlile Dowling since July 2004.
Prior to that, Julie worked for Land Information NZ dealing with property registration.
